Bustling Bangkok

Since the kids have finished their modules at Yamaha Music School here in Bangkok, we were not able to enroll them again for another module. We were not satisfied with Yamaha—we thought we did not get a good value for our money and we are still on the constant lookout for a better school.
Roi has enjoyed his drum class but I am not sure if he would like to enroll in a drum lesson again if given the chance. He seem to be keen in enrolling in a guitar class. He got fascinated when he saw a video of a guitarist using a best hendrix fuzz face mini.
I hope he makes up his mind before we could find a good music school.

Hubby really misses playing the electric guitar. Since we moved to Thailand, we have said goodbye to our church band and although hubby still has his acoustic guitar and is happy playing it, he still misses the joy of tinkering his electric guitar and the sound it makes.

Although he plays other musical instruments, hubby really finds the guitar his main instrument and the one he loves the most. He has not learned to play it professionally but he actually sounds good! I am sure he will sound great after he’d done exceptional schecter guitar research or enroll at a music school.

Advertisements require creativity, and could be costly, too. But mind you, successful business entrepreneurs have this for a secret: invest in advertisements. The return of investment would be worth it.

I can really attest to the effectivity of advertisements. In our programs at the center where I work at, for example, we get more students if our programs are well advertised. Of course it would mean more work because we have to go around to hand brochures, stick posters on shops and give brochures if needed. On top of that, we have to do the advertising ahead of time so people can prepare.

For now we are printing our own flyers, posters and brochures but since we heard about flyer printing online, we can’t wait to try it. It must cost us more, but we know for sure that our posters and flyers would have more vibrant colors and would be more presentable. It would surely worth our investment!
